I'm baaacck! :) I slowed the pace just a bit the past few months. I've been exercising, just at a reduced pace. I'm ready to get back to a measured 30-minute daily work out regimen. Tonight, stretching. Tomorrow, my bike and Total Gym. Wednesday, a walk! Lots to look forward to - the New Year (and a new work out strategy) is just around the corner. Until then . . .
