We're at that three month mark! Congratulations if you've been working diligently to keep your resolution, fulfill your dream, achieve your goal - good for you, give yourself a big pat on the back! If you're struggling just a bit, or haven't gotten started, it's okay - there is lots of hope. There's always hope. You just need to maintain confidence in yourself and your dream. Be patient. Be persistent. Be Passionate. It's not hard if you set the bar high enough to give you a bit of challenge - but not so high that you make it the 'impossible dream'. Take one small step each and every day.
You're probably asking what's the difference - how to determine how high to set the bar? Keep it comfortable, so that you'll want to show up each and every day with your resolution, your dream. Be realisitic about what you can achieve each day. You don't have to achieve your dream in one day, one week, one month, one year. If you make it a 'Lifetime Resolution' a 'Lifetime Dream' it's a quality of life issue, something positive that you make yours for life. It's something that you do, just for you - and take one small step today, each and every day. You don't have to achieve your dream, cross it off your list and move on - you keep your dream with you for life, something that you'll continue to enjoy!
Remember: I Resolve To Achieve My New Year Resolutions, One Resolution, One Day At A Time For One Year. It's your choice. Do it today. Turn your resolution into reality. Make your resolution a permanent Lifetime Resolution! Be A Resolutionista, someone who keeps resolutions! Let's Go for it!
